A deranged maniac is killing people over the phone with a deadly new invention. When the killer calls on screen, random audience members who provide us with their phone numbers will receive a call! If the character dies, they win a runner up prize. If the character survives, they win the grand prize!

SYNOPSIS

A disgruntled inventor develops a device that discharges soundwaves over the telephone that can kill! After one of his students is murdered, local professor Nat Bridger (Richard Chamberlain) makes tracks the killer through Toronto and uncovers a conspiracy at the heart of the most evil of corporations: the phone company! Filmed in in Toronto in 1980, Murder by Phone (aka. Bells) features plenty of vintage Toronto locations and scenes punctuated by explosive kills!
